Farewell Dinner
The problem of living abroad is friends come and go. The departure of one's dear friend can create a vacuum in one life's depending on the relationship.
Last evening, a group of us celebrated a friend's farewell back to the United States.
The company was good but the food was way below par. We were assured of fresh produce but the dishes presented tasted 'frozen'.
The core conversation of dinner was the truckers strike in Spain and the effects it has on everyone.
Bon Voyage, Chris, and may the other side be greener.
