Lemper
The delectable lemper from my friend, Lilik are so precious, worth her weight in gold. Gracias carino. :))
What an innovative idea to wrap up the lemper with parchment paper since banana leaves are not available here.
No dinner for me, just two pieces to savour every single bite with eyes closed.
I love the texture and fragrance of the rice.
The enjoyment was brought to a greater height by dipping them into chilli sauce and dried scallops.
I can't wait to learn this scrumptious recipe from her.
The next hurdle is in buying glutinous rice which is about 248 Km away excluding toll charges.
